Submission guidelines:
Those wishing to submit clips make sure to follow these steps:
1. Sign up for a login ( from the homepage click 'signup with facebook' ... from this link you are also able to sign up without a facebook account )
2. Now in your account, edit your sponsor info, website, etc to your own fitting.
3. Export your clip using the vimeo compression guidelines or send the original file.  If you are using GoPro files, make sure to convert the files to Quicktime (.mov) files... You can do that with Mpeg Streamcilp, available free HERE.
4. Send unedited, full res clips to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it - MAKE SURE to leave 1 second on either side of the completed move/drop.
Leave the clip intact (with audio).
- You can send files up to 300megs for free via sendspace.com (if you require more space, email for ftp info)
- In the description, make sure to include the who/what/where of the clip
- Also include the person's name who shot the clip (if they want it included)

Nominees for ‘Rider of the Year’ should have had a year of whitewater paddling that resounds on an international level.
Nominees for the Hendri Coetzee ‘Expedition of the Year’ should be exceptional trips of a compelling nature.
Nominees for 'Competitor of the Year' should have had a number of dominant performances within internationally competitive fields.
Nominees for the 'Honey Badger Award' should have done something worthy of the honey badger title.

All videos will be considered - those chosen will be selected based on the quality of the filming and creativity of the edit.

Notes: 
- Competition is open to content from December 1st 2009 until Contest Close - June 30th 2011...
- The Awards video will be Premiered in Germany at Kanumese in late August 2011.
- After this year, the Competition will run from Kanumese - Kanumese (and finally actually be just one full season included in the event).
- If you are top boater who hasn't yet received an email invitation and would like to vote, please send a message to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Nobody was intentionally overlooked, we are just in a sport with a constantly improving pool of talent and it's hard to keep up everyone.  Last year there were 115 judges from 17 countries that signed up.
